Commencing an international recruitment journey in 1994, I played a crucial role in staffing the regional offices of Mars, a global (pet)food manufacturing leader, in the CIS region. Over the next decade, I provided recruitment services across various countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Latvia, and Estonia.
I trained in Search & Selection, to the highest standards, with ARBP in the UK.
Establishing Ukraine’s first foreign recruitment agency in 1995, we rapidly became the market leader. In 2003, a strategic turn in my career path occurred with the founding of Pro Interlink in Shanghai, China.
